Manager, Creative & Strategy Development

Report Line Manager: AVP Community Management & Strategy Development

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop an action plan to drive proficiency engagement in the platform
  • Be a team leader and project owner to foster a collaborative agile culture in team members
  • Research, initiate and review upcoming content operation initiatives, secure creative assets, drive the creation of all Platforms as assigned by the line manager, and manage custom creative components, including lead times

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. 3-5 years of work experience in a VIDEO Content Production, Social media platform solutions, Tech company, Entertainment, Live broadcasting in related industries. Having Start-Up experiences in a Manager role would be a plus.
  2. Deep local insight into the Asian and Social media market
  3. Ability to create Creative Content planning, reports, and analysis that reflect the Platform’s goal and standard
  4. Proven track record of team leading, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously different time zones would be a plus
  5. Detail-oriented, ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance with teams and individually
  6. Leadership mindset, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the team’s goal
  7. Excellent English communication skills for a Manager role

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversees and proposes the planning on all strategic campaigns and structures to create synergy with the Creative Team, Creator Engagement, Creator Development team, and other teams internally as evolving from time to time.
  • Plan and strategize campaign’s structure, from kick-off content direction, scheduling to media releases, From campaign insights to data mining, with clear cohesiveness to deliver proven results. This area of work will create strategic activities within the team for the growth of the products/services of the company.
  • Observe the market regularly to maintain knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, including the competitor research to stay abreast of what marketing channels the competition is utilizing and identify areas of development within emerging markets.
  • Utilization of all social media platform tools including leveraging marketing materials and information solutions with the Marketing team, Sale team, Creator team, and Creative Communication team to create the best mixed-media strategy to deliver proficiency results.
  • Managing budgets, negotiating where necessary such as social media campaigns, a partnership agreement with partners, influencers with Creator Engagement, and Creator Development team to ensure they’re within the strategic planning and budgeting to each activity as planned.
  • Analyze all team activity (Creators and Creative Team), prepare all data, and report directly to AVP. Take full responsibility for relevant agreement to the Strategic plans as assigned from Line manager.
  • Other ad-hoc as required from the Line manager.

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in the Digital Marketing, or Media Sciences field.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Digital Advertising agency, Entertainment Industry, or Corporate Business with active digital marketing activities in Manager position with experience in campaign planning, generating creative work, media planning, and buying either at client-side or at an advertising agency. 
  3. Candidates with direct experiences in Social media platforms or well-known applications would be highly beneficial to the role.
  4. Having past experiences in creating integrated strategic planning across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, with understanding in offline, out-of-home, and platform activation.
  5. Excellent understanding of Gen-Y and Gen-Z behavior and communities, especially in digital platforms.
  6. Good numeracy skills to manage budgets, negotiate prices, and analyze data.
  7. Regional SEA digital media landscape experience is preferred.
  8. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
  9. Proven ability to deliver high-quality strategic plans to a range of stakeholders.
  10. High-level competency in all Office programs and other relevant analytics and presentation tools.
  11. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English- written and verbal.

  • Create and manage Creator development communication and activities to boost up the Platform’s engagement

  • Create standardized spreadsheets to implement best practices in bulk across content libraries

  • Research and identify key influencers and Artists across multiple digital platforms to build powerful network and brand experiences online for the platform
  • Manage and grow influencer and Artists network database in all levels and categories
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and Artists
  • Pro-active management of day-to-day influencer approaching with assigned categories via email, phone and in-person as necessary
  • Negotiate agreement appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement are aligned with T&C
  • Implement influencer engagement by liaising, preparing analytics database with Creators Development & Content Creator team and coordinating with influencers on their content growth, requirements, timeline, and deliverables
